Colin Atkinson – BSc, ACA, MACS, is a chartered accountant who also holds a degree in computing. Colin is one of the few Chartered Accountants who has been recognized as an IT Specialist by the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Colin founded CA Management Services in 1986, following a career as an Auditor and computer consultant with two of Australia’s major accounting firms and as Company Secretary of a listed mining company. Colin has led CA Management Services to be a leading accounting software support organization with a proven history of successful installations in a wide range of systems. For CA Management to have survived in the IT Industry for more than 30 years is a testament in itself given how many have come and gone. Colin is the founder of CONSAL – Consulting Alliance which has brought together a very powerful team of consultants with support available across Australia he is a chartered accountant who also holds a degree in computing.
Sue Bullen – B Bus, Post Grad Dip Mngt, MIPA, MACS (Snr), Prior to joining CA Management Services Sue worked in the Australian Taxation Office in many roles but latterly as Assistant Director of Computer Processing. Since joining CA Management Services some 30 years ago and becoming a Director Sue has focused on providing on going accounting support to businesses particularly as a go-between the business and its external accountant. Many businesses do not require a full-time management accountant so Sue steps in and ensures that all the functions normally undertaken by such an accountant including compliance with all the taxation and superannuation imposts are dealt with. Sue also manages the Payroll Bureau at CA Management assisting many businesses by assuming the full range of payroll and superannuation functions on their behalf.

Danny S Ramsawmy (HR Manager) – B Com, Post Grad Dip, MBA(HRM Specialisation),Prince 2 (Project Management) CAHRI is a certified member of the Australian Human Resource Institute with many years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources Management and Project Management. As part of the leadership group, Danny’s focus is to make the Company a best practice Employer and lead a team of professionals to assist clients in all aspects of Recruitment, Human Resources Management, Information Technology and Business Consulting . Danny has experience working in standalone roles and has demonstrated success in establishing project HR teams to deliver strategic and operational HR and recruitment services successfully. Throughout the last 21 years working in HR and different business roles, he has enjoyed helping clients in the employment life cycle reach good HR outcomes. He actively seeks to match these outcomes to the corporate strategic objectives of his employers and clients.
Business Consulting Team
John Allanson – and was a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for 18 years. John spent 27 years in Professional Practice including a two year stint in National Service where he graduated from the Officer Training Unit in Scheyville, NSW, then served a year as a Statistical Analyst with the Army in the Directorate of Manning. Public accounting experience included several years of audit practice before converting to Taxation and Business Services. After spending some time in Darwin and Adelaide he returned to Perth and soon set up his own practice. For the past 23 years John has been working as a Consultant in the area of computerised accounting and business systems. Since 2002 he has been as a member of the CA Management Services team.
Barbara Oversby –Barbara brings to CA Management her experience in a wide variety of industries including insurance, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, retail, joint venture oil exploration and vocational training. roles have included: Accountant, Bookkeeper, Sales Manager, IT Manager, Compliance Officer, Small Business Owner and Credit Controller.
Barbara has both an Accounting Degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Internet Software Development. The skills developed in these fields combined with her hands-on business experience have afford opportunities in a variety of technical roles. Crystal Report Writer, technical writer, website designer and software consultant.
Her interests lie in assisting small businesses by improving their systems and usage of current technologies. She draws on a variety of strategies to achieve this including system analysis of current practices, integration of technologies (particularly website technologies) and timely staff training to achieve workflow efficiencies and eliminate user frustrations.
Margaret Walkerden – has nearly 30 years of experience in roles that include (but not limited to) Accounts, Payroll and Practice Management with knowledge covering many varied industries. She has recently completed the Certificate IV in Accounting, Certificate IV in Financial Services and is a registered BAS Agent. Margaret enjoys working with people and helping them to get their business running smoothly so they can achieve maximum results.
Damon Guest – has significant experience in consulting roles, spanning Project Management, Remuneration and Benefits, Payroll, HR, process and multiple ERP’s. This knowledge has been gained across varied industries Australia wide including government, defence, banking, not for profit, mining and telecommunications. Damon has formal qualifications in Business Management, Prince2 project management methodology, training and assessment. Damon has a particular interest in business productivity and analysis and enjoys helping businesses realise their potential by reviewing and improving process, productivity, systems and reporting.
