Cancellations:

• Less than 5 working day's notice - 50% fee applies
• Less than 2 working day's notice - 100% fee applies
• All cancellations must be by FAX (9470 9955) or EMAIL ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and can not be accepted over the phone.
• CA Management Services will confirm cancellations in writing and advise of any fees to be charged under this policy.
• Transfers are at the discretion of CA Management Services
