The RecorderLink Recording Server represents the latest generation of recording platform. Although it is a hardware device, RecorderLink is fundamentally a number of core software components that have been integrated with the latest market leading telephony and interface technology to deliver the market’s most cost effective recording solution. “Addlog” Single Channel Recorder
The single channel USB recorder offers the same recording functionality as the Call-Serve and RecorderLink recording servers. The USB recorder connects directly to the USB port on the agents desktop and either archives locally to this PC or to any network location. Compatible with Windows 2000 Server and XP Professional.
